We require a minimum of 35 people to cater your special event. We will send at least one server, and depending on the size of your party possibly more. Servers arrive at your destination at least one hour prior to eating for setup, serve food from the buffet for approximately 1 to 2 hours, maximum, and break down buffet when finished. The customer is welcome to keep any food left over provided they supply the containers. We supply 10 1/2 inch sturdy paper plates, and a cutlery kit which includes napkin, fork, spoon, and a knife. We ask that the customer supply 12-15 feet of table space for the buffet. We will supply blue tablecloths for the buffet line only at no additional charge.
